Cyclist loses race after crashing 50 meters from the finish line

Dutch cyclist Marianne Vos was in position to win the Dwars door de Westhoek - an annual 125-kilometer race staged in Belgium - but as she rounded the final corner, Vos lost control and crashed into the barriers lining the course.
Vos fortunately didn't suffer and major injuries in the accident, and admitted that the crash was her own fault.
