Coyotes to wear retro 'Kachina' jerseys March 5
Here's a way to make 38-year-old Coyotes captain Shane Doan feel young again.
For the first time in their team's history, the Coyotes will go retro.
The team will wear its original black "Kachina" style jerseys on March 5 in a home game against the Vancouver Canucks. The Coyotes wore the style from 1996, when the franchise moved to Arizona, until 2003.
That, of course, means Doan is quite familiar with the look.

Additionally, Arizona will welcome back original Coyote and Ring of Honor member Jeremy Roenick, who will take part in the puck drop and also have a retro bobblehead of his handed out to the first 5,000 fans at Gila River Arena. Roenick played for the Coyotes from 1996-2001, then again in 2006-07.
The game is still more than a month away, but in the meantime you can nab a more comtemporary Coyotes autographed jersey during the team's upcoming road trip, from Jan. 16-Feb. 3.
Here's how you can watch and win.
