The Phoenix Coyotes assigned right wing Brett MacLean to the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL on Friday.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound MacLean played in his first NHL game on Wednesday and scored his first NHL goal in the Coyotes' 6-3 win over Los Angeles. In 32 games with the Rampage this season, the 22-year-old MacLean has a team-leading 14 goals and 31 points.
