Coyotes recall MacLean from AHL

GLENDALE -- The Phoenix Coyotes on Sunday recalled right wing Brett MacLean from the San Antonio Rampage, the team's American Hockey League affiliate.
 
The 6-foot-2, 197-pound MacLean has played one game with the Coyotes this season, scoring a goal in his NHL debut against the Los Angeles Kings on Dec. 29.
 
In 40 games with the Rampage this season, the 23-year-old native of London, Ontario, has recorded 16 goals, 21 assists and 22 penalty minutes. MacLean leads the Rampage team in goals, assists (tied), points, plus/minus (+11), power-play goals (seven) and shots (172), and he is tied for 10th in the AHL in points.
 
MacLean was drafted by the Coyotes in the second round (32nd overall) in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
