Move over, Marshawn Lynch, there may be a new Beast Mode on the field in Dallas for the Cowboys next season in Dez Bryant.
Posting on his Instagram account, Bryant gave a little insight to his offseason workout regiment showing off his ab crunches - while hanging on a punching bag upside down holding on with his legs.

Certainly beats the sit-ups you did at this gym this morning, but hey, that's why Bryant is possibly looking at some big bucks coming his way from the Cowboys this offseason.
