TULLAHOMA, Tenn. (AP) In a story Jan. 13 about the arrest of Cleveland Indians minor-league pitcher Justus Sheffield, The Associated Press reported erroneously that he was the nephew of former All-Star outfielder Gary Sheffield. Justus Sheffield and Gary Sheffield aren't related.

TULLAHOMA, Tenn. (AP) - Cleveland Indians minor league pitcher and recent first-round draft pick Justus Sheffield has been arrested on charges of aggravated burglary and violating the drinking-age law.
The arrest warrant provided by the Coffee County General Sessions Court says the 18-year-old Sheffield entered a residence at Tullahoma, Tennessee, on Sunday without the owner's consent. The warrant says Sheffield ''went to the bedroom of an acquaintance and began yelling and threatening the victim.'' The warrant also says Sheffield acknowledged that he'd been drinking.
Sheffield was released after posting $5,500 bond.
The Indians issued a statement Tuesday saying the organization has spoken with him and is in the process of gathering more information. Cleveland drafted him with the 31st overall pick last June and signed him for a $1.6 million bonus.
