Gary Waters said Cleveland State is the favorite to win the Horizon League tournament, and you can't really blame the man.
Waters, after all, is the Vikings' coach.
But he also has a couple of other reasons to feel confident. First, the Vikings finished 24-7 overall and 13-5 in Horizon play to gain a share of the league title (with Butler and Milwaukee). Second, the Vikings just happen to possess the best player in the league
