Fresh off their season opening 35-10 win over North Texas, the Clemson Tigers return to action Saturday afternoon against Presbyterian College from the Big South Conference.

And while most fans are looking ahead to next week's matchup at Auburn, the Clemson coaching staff has been doing everything in its power to keep the team locked in on the Blue Hose.

"The focus is on us," Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney said this week. "It's about improvement and focusing on mistakes and keeping on keeping on. We did some good things last week that I'm proud of but obviously we've got some areas that I hope we improve on from week one to week two."

The mistakes Swinney is talking about centers around a defense that gave up 462 yards to the Mean Green a week ago, including 193 on the ground and 269 through the air. North Texas also converted on 11-of-22 third downs. D

Despite only giving up 10 points, the performance of defensive coordinator Kevin Steele's unit has come under some scrutiny this week.

Talking with the media, Steele said he expects things to quickly turnaround.
