CARSON, Calif. (AP) -- Chivas USA has signed former U.S. national team defender Jimmy Conrad.
The 33-year-old had been with Kansas City since 2003. He was selected in this month's Major League Soccer re-entry draft. Conrad began his MLS career with San Jose from 1999-02.
He made 28 appearances for the U.S. and played in two matches at the 2006 World Cup.
