ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Cardinals' spring training game at noon CT on Friday, March 7, will be televised live on FOX Sports Midwest Plus in the Cardinals TV footprint, due to overlap with the Missouri Valley Conference men's basketball tournament on FOX Sports Midwest.
The Cardinals-Marlins game will be replayed on FOX Sports Midwest at 11 p.m.
