The Arizona Cardinals will have the fifth pick in the 2011 NFL draft, which will be held April 28-30.

Following the completion of the regular season on Sunday, the draft order for non-playoff teams was finalized. Carolina had already clinched the top pick heading into the final week and finished 2-14. Denver, Buffalo and Cincinnati each finished 4-12; by virtue of the strength-of-schedule tiebreaker (worst to best), Denver will pick second, Buffalo will pick third and Cincinnati will draft fourth.

The Cardinals finished tied with Cleveland at 5-11, but Arizona had a worse strength of schedule (determined by opponents' winning percentage) and will pick fifth. The Browns will draft sixth.

Draft position for teams 21-32 will be determined by playoff results. The first 20 spots are as follows:

1. Carolina Panthers
2. Denver Broncos
3. Buffalo Bills
4. Cincinnati Bengals
5. Arizona Cardinals
6. Cleveland Browns
7. San Francisco 49ers
8. Tennessee Titans
9. Dallas Cowboys
10. Washington Redskins
11. Houston Texans
12. Minnesota Vikings
13. Detroit Lions
14. St. Louis Rams
15. Miami Dolphins
16. Jacksonville Jaguars
17. Oakland Raiders (pick acquired by New England in trade)
18. San Diego Chargers
19. New York Giants
20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
