Cardinals sign WR Reggie Dunn

TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Arizona Cardinals signed wide receiver Reggie Dunn, the team announced Friday afternoon.

Dunn (5-9, 178) originally entered the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a rookie free agent in 2013 out of Utah. Last season, he spent time on the practice squads of the Steelers, Packers, Browns, Dolphins and Patriots. Most recently, he was released by the Patriots on June 19.

In accordance with club policy, terms of the signing were not disclosed.

One of the most decorated kick returners in NCAA history during his time at Utah, Dunn's five career kickoff return touchdowns represent an NCAA career record and his four kickoff return TDs in 2012 represent are an NCAA single-season record. He is also the only player in NCAA history with multiple kickoff return TDs of 100-plus yards in a single game, a feat he accomplished vs. Cal in 2012. As a wide receiver he caught 31 passes for 355 yards and a TD.
