TEMPE, Ariz. – Home runs by Elizabeth Caporuscio and Haley Steele lifted Arizona State (32-3, 3-1 Pac-12) to a 5-4 victory over Oregon State (23-7, 0-1) on Thursday night at Farrington Stadium.
Caporuscio hit her fourth home run of the season and Steele hit her sixth to back the pitching of Dallas Escobedo. Escobedo gave up a pair of two-run home runs in the fourth and seventh inning but held on to improve her record to 17-3.
