Bryce McNeal has found his destination, as the wide receiver announced via Twitter he would transfer to Connecticut from Clemson.
"Your boy is officially a Uconn huskie," McNeal tweeted this weekend.
McNeal, who announced about a month into the college football season he would transfer from Clemson, will be eligible to play next season instead of having to wait a year.
Because McNeal already graduated, the rule requiring players to sit out a year does not apply to him.
McNeal caught 19 passes for 187 yards in 2010 after playing in 12 of 13 games, but played in just the first three games for Clemson this season.
He caught one pass for 8 yards.
