Browns sign DB K'Waun Williams

BEREA, Ohio -- The Cleveland Browns have signed defensive back K'Waun Williams, general manager Ray Farmer announced on Tuesday.
Williams, participated in the Browns' rookie minicamp this past weekend on a tryout basis.
Williams is a 5-9, 183-pound rookie out of Pittsburgh. He appeared in 48 games with the Panthers and registered 161 tackles, 17 pass breakups and seven interceptions. A native of Paterson, N.J., Williams graduated from St. Joseph Regional High School, where he helped the team capture the state title as a junior and senior.
