While fortunes did not go Braxton Miller's way with his injured shoulder approaching this season, the Ohio State quarterback still seems to be keeping a positive attitude.
Miller, who was named a team captain Monday, was in Florida Tuesday to have Dr. James Andrews repair his torn labrum.
Following the surgery, Miller shared a photograph on Instagram of himself and Dr. Andrews. Despite the season-ending injury, Miller sported a smile and sent some good vibes, writing in the post, "Me & the best to do it, Dr. Andrews after surgery today! So happy this man said everything went well!"
Miller had what was described as "minor surgery" on his right throwing shoulder in February. He reinjured the shoulder in a practice on Aug. 18.
Redshirt freshman J.T. Barrett is now the man with the spotlight on him in Columbus. He'll get the start under center when the Buckeyes take on Navy on Aug. 30.
