Blue Jackets preseason tickets on sale
Individual game tickets to the Columbus Blue Jackets' four home preseason games at Nationwide Arena are now on sale. The home preseason schedule opens with a game against the St. Louis Blues on Sunday, September 21 followed by a contest with the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday, September 23 in a rematch of last year's first round Stanley Cup Playoffs series. The complete home preseason schedule follows:
* Sunday, September 21 vs. St. Louis Blues 6 p.m.
Tuesday, September 23 vs. Pittsburgh Penguins 7 p.m.
Wednesday, October 1 vs. Carolina Hurricanes 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 4 vs. Nashville Predators 7 p.m.
* Split Squad at Carolina at 1:30 p.m.
Tickets will be available at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, OhioHealth Chiller Ice Rinks and all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers. Fans may also purchase tickets by phone at (800) 745â3000 or online atBlueJackets.com, the official club web site, and ticketmaster.com.
Columbus opens its 14th National Hockey League regular season on the road when the Jackets visit the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday, October 9. Two nights later on Saturday, October 11, the Jackets host their Metropolitan Division rivals, the New York Rangers, in the home-opener at Nationwide Arena. Information regarding the sale of single game tickets for all regular season home games will be announced soon.
