The Blue Jackets announced Saturday morning they have added recently acquired forward Rene Bourque to their roster on emergency recall from the AHL.
The 33-year-old forward joined the Columbus organization as part of the trade that sent James Wisniewski to Anaheim earlier this week.
Bourque is a veteran of more than 600 NHL games and has two goals and eight assists in 43 games this season.
