The Bengals today signed free agent CB T.J. Heath, a second-year NFL player from Jacksonville State. Heath (6-0, 188) entered the NFL last season as a college free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played in five games, logging two special teams tackles. He was waived by the Jaguars this past Wednesday.
