Bengals extend tender offers to three RFAs
Wide receivers Andrew Hawkins and Dane Sanzenbacher, as well as linebacker Vincent Rey will become restricted free agents when their contracts with the Bengals expire Saturday.
Cincinnati made tender offers to all three of the fourth-year players Wednesday.
With the opening of free agency Saturday, the three will have the ability to negotiate with other teams, however the Bengals may match any offer.
Any RFA who does not sign with another team can stay with their current team by agreeing to the one-year tender or working out a longer-term deal.
#Bengals have tendered 3 RFAs -- WR Andrew Hawkins, LB Vincent Rey and WR Dane Sanzenbacher -- all at the low ($1.431M) level.

Hawkins, Sanzenbacher and Rey were all slotted at the lowest possible compensation value.
Hawkins was sidelined for the first eight games of the 2013 season with an injured ankle. He has four touchdowns in three seasons as a Bengal. Rey filled in as a starting middle linebacker when Rey Maualuga went down and tallied 45 tackles, along with 4 sacks for the season. The Ohio State-product Sanzenbacher started one game and made appearances in ten.
