He's Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman, and he got the Internet all abuzz at this year's Cotton Bowl for, well, being a beast.
On Tuesday, he did it again.
The 6-foot-9, 280-pounder was training and completed a 40-inch box jump while holding 70-pound dumbbells in each hand.
No big deal.
Oakman decided to forgo this year's NFL Draft and remain at Baylor for his senior season. So, folks, remember his name. You might being hearing a lot about him this fall.
