Barcelona posts over ?600 million in revenue

BARCELONA, Spain (AP) Barcelona says it made over €600 million in revenue last season, when it won a rare treble of titles including the Champions League.
The European champions say that an audit carried out by accounting firm Deloitte determined the club generated revenues of €608 million ($663 million) over the course of the 2014-15 season.
Barcelona adds that it earned a profit of €15 million ($16.3 million) after taxes during that time.
Barcelona, which also won the Spanish league and Copa del Rey last campaign, will hold elections for a president and executive board on Saturday.

Josep Bartomeu is running to remain as club president against three other candidates, including former president Joan Laporta.
