Badgers predictions: Game 10 vs. Nebraska

Ever since we got past the LSU game, I think this Saturday's game is the one people had circled on the schedule. And nothing has changed since then.

Two ranked teams. Two stellar running backs. A budding rivalry (which needs no trophy). Winner has the edge to win the Big Ten West.

Hoo boy. Here we go.

Wisconsin is the home team, and thus favored. But Nebraska has played well, has a decent defense, dynamic offense and has the best win among the two teams (having beaten Miami). So color me a bit surprised to find very few taking the Huskers to win Saturday.

Here's a look at this week's picks. Not surprisingly, this is a longer list than usual:

Five of six CBSSports.com analysts are picking Wisconsin to win (Tom Fornelli picks Nebraska). Against the spread (listed as Wisconsin -5.5) they are split evenly.

The Oklahoman's Berry Tremel: Nebraska 24, Wisconsin 20.

Former Nebraska DE Adam Carriker: Nebraska 28, Wisconsin 27. (You wouldn't expect any different. Of course, not like a former Badgers player would pick against Wisconsin.)
