ASU women's basketball adds 2 recruits

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Arizona State University head women’s basketball coach Charli Turner Thorne announced the signings of 6-foot-4 center Ayanna Edwards of Sacramento, Calif., and 6-1 guard/forward Nicole Iademarco of The Woodlands, Texas, to national letters of intent.
Edwards, who is nicknamed "Shaq", has averaged 10.8 rebounds and 9.0 blocks per game over the past two seasons and was ranked the No. 15 center in the country by ESPN Hoopgurlz.
Iademarco averaged 12.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 3.1 steals per game as a junior.
