TEMPE, Ariz. -- Arizona State and adidas unveiled another new uniform combination for the Sun Devils' wardrobe, featuring a steel-gray color scheme inspired by the head of a sledgehammer.
ASU will debut its 'Be the Hammer' alternate uniforms for Saturday's game against UCLA in Los Angeles, which can see seen at 4 p.m. on FOX. The special-edition package was inspired by the team's tradition of using a pitchfork-emblazoned sledgehammer to break a rock after signature accomplishments. The team will wear gray helmets and pants in combination with its 'Desert Ice' white jersey for Saturday's game vs. the Bruins.
The gray color scheme is accented by copper detailing.
