ASU tied for 3rd, Arizona 7th at NCAA women's golf

Arizona State is tied for third place and Arizona is seventh after the first day of the NCAA Women's Golf Championships at Tulsa Country Club in Tulsa, Okla.
No. 7 Oklahoma leads the standings at 8-over-par 288 after the first round, followed by No. 2 UCLA at 291. Fifth-ranked ASU, No. 1 USC and No. 3 Duke are all tied at 293.
Arizona is 10 shots behind Oklahoma at 298.
USC's Doris Chen, Denver's Tonje Daffinrud and Stanford's Lauren Kim share the individual lead at 3-under 67.

ASU's Noemi Jimenez is tied for fifth place after shooting 69.
Arizona's top individuals are sophomore Lindsey Weaver, tied for 13th at 72, and junior Manon Gidali, tied for 22nd at 73.
