Could more help be coming for the Ohio State offensive line this fall?
The Buckeyes lost four starters from a group that was elite last season, and head coach Urban Meyer lamented at the end of spring practice the replacements did not make as much progress as he would have liked to see.
Junior Jacoby Boren and redshirt freshman Billy Price battled for the starting center spot during spring ball, but they could be in for some competition if former Alabama center Chad Lindsay opts to become a Buckeye.
Lindsay, a fourth-year junior who has graduated and is eligible to play for a new team this fall, told Jeremy Fowler of CBSSports.com he plans to visit Ohio State this week.
The 6-2, 302-pound Texas native also intends to see California after previously visiting Michigan, Louisville and Oklahoma.

Junior Taylor Decker has started 14 games with the other 15 scholarship players having combined for only two starts on the offensive side of the ball -- one each by guards Pat Elflein and Antonio Underwood. (Chase Farris and Joel Hale are converted defensive linemen.)
Lindsay was a three-star recruit coming out of The Woodlands, Texas, in 2010. He played in eight games last season at Alabama, including four starts.
