By Ross Jones, FOXSports.com Sometimes in life, trouble seems to find certain people more than others. Bengals cornerback Adam Jones is no stranger to such. Jones, who was cited early Monday and charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, was a passenger in a 2013 Dodge Durango in Cincinnati when the driver, Tishana F. Holmes, was charged for allegedly operating a vehicle while under the influence. Jones was not arrested but is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 27, according to NFL.com. Holmes, 33, was stopped for driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. During the stop, both parties reportedly refused a field sobriety test. "We are aware of the incident," the Bengals said in a statement. "However, as in most instances of this nature, it would be inappropriate for the team to comment on the matter until it has been resolved through normal legal channels." Since his suspension dating back to 2007, Jones seemed to have dodged trouble with authorities until last June when he was accused of hitting a woman after she allegedly threw a beer bottle at him. Seems like Sunday evening into Monday morning was an eventful one for some NFL players.
