A letter to Blue Jackets fans

Dear Blue Jackets Fans,
Over the past two months, the Columbus Blue Jackets have been one of the most compelling stories of the National Hockey League season. Our team made a spirited run at a berth in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and while we're disappointed that our efforts fell just short, we are very excited about the future.
Our coaching staff, led by Todd Richards, and our players proved that good things happen through hard work and a shared commitment to building something special. A lot has changed within our organization over the past several months and you have started to see the results on the ice. And while we've made tremendous strides, this is just the beginning of what we hope will be a thrilling, successful journey over a long period of time.
And while a great deal has changed, there is one thing that has remained constant...you! You have shown tremendous loyalty, support and enthusiasm for our team since its inception and every one of us at the Blue Jackets is proud of that and proud to represent the city of Columbus. We truly have the greatest fans in all of sports!
Thank you - and we look forward to sharing many more memorable moments with you during this new era of Blue Jackets hockey.
Sincerely,
Mike PriestPresident John DavidsonPresident of Hockey Operations
