Grammy-nominated rap star 2 Chainz will be performing three times during the Hawks game against the Heat on March 27 at Philips Arena.
The Atlanta native is set to perform in pregame before leading a special version of player introductions. He will also return to the court at halftime and for an extended postgame concert after the final buzzer. The pregame and halftime performances will be televised on SportSouth.
"As an Atlantan, I'm excited to collaborate with my beloved Hawks on March 27 as they face off against the Miami Heat," 2 Chainz said in a statement. "The Hawks have been 'TRU to Atlanta' this season so it's only right that we come out to support."
The first 5,000 fans will be given a copy of his latest mixtape, 'T.R.U. Jack City' and unique 2 Chainz-inspired Hawks gear will be sold in the team shop.
