Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones has officially accepted his nickname.
But, when you're called '12 Gauge' in an official letter from a representative of your state's house of representatives, you don't really have much choice.
On Monday, Cardale Jones tweeted a letter from Ohio State House of Representatives member Bill Patmon, in which Patmon referred to the Buckeye signal-caller as Cardale '12 Gauge' Jones.

The letter congratulated Jones on his performance this season, and for his outstanding service to Glendale, The Ohio State University, and the State of Ohio.
