After picking up four Olympic gold medals and a silver at the 2016 Summer Games in Rio and setting two world records (in absolutely dominating fashion in the 800-meter freestyle), U.S. swimmer Katie Ledecky has returned home.

On Wednesday morning, the Bethesda, Maryland resident arrived at Dulles Airport in Virginia where a crowd of supporters and admirers greeted her warmly.

The 19-year-old star wore the medals around her neck  as she does in the current issue of Sports Illustrated alongside Michael Phelps and Simone Biles.
