Olympian Haley Ishimatsu won the gold medal in the women's 10-meter platform at the USA Diving Winter National Championships on Sunday.
The Seal Beach, Calif., native, who won her fourth career individual national title, scored 1,068 points and earned a spot on the US team that will compete at the World Cup in London in February.
Katie Bell, of Columbus, Ohio, had led Ishimatsu by 3.5 points after the semifinals and won silver with 1,046 points to earn the other spot on the World Cup team. Ishimatsu and Bell were also among 12 competitors to qualify for the US Olympic trials in June.
Summer Allman, of Lansing, Mich., claimed victory in the women's 1-meter with 308.85 points.
