SOCHI, Russia -- U.S. forward Julie Chu left the Olympic women's hockey team's practice early on Saturday after suffering an apparent injury to her left hand.

Chu skated off the ice with her left glove off and her hand immobilized. Coach Katey Stone says she doesn't know if it's serious.

The Americans are scheduled to play Sweden on Monday in the semifinals.
