Blind gymnast meets Gabby Douglas

A 14-year-old gymnast who's legally blind got the thrill of a lifetime this week when she met her idol, Olympic gold medal gymnast Gabby Douglas, on "The Doctors."

"This is such an amazing moment for me," Gabby told the teen. "I am starstruck, Lola. You are truly incredible. This truly shows what a mind can do. If you love something and have a passion for something, you won't let anything stop you. You are amazing."

The emotional meeting culminated in Douglas putting her gold medal around Lola's neck. Watch the whole encounter in the video below:
