Watch driver and passenger survive scary rollover at the Nurburgring

If you are a motor racing fan, it is probably on your bucket list to turn a lap around the infamous Nurburgring Nordschleife.

Although a lap around the German circuit doesn’t cost a lot out of pocket, there is a much bigger price you pay if you slip up.

The driver of this Honda Civic Type R is fortunate, in that it looks like the only price he’ll have to pay after this massive rollover is the cost for car repairs… or rather, a new car.

Having lost the back end at Schwedenkreuz before even entering the picture, the driver appears to hit the gas and overcorrect, sending the car into the wall and onto a violent flip. The drivers behind pull over to help the guy and his passenger out, but fortunately they were both able to walk out OK.
