This stunning stop-motion film reminds us why we love the 24 Hours of Le Mans

Audi's five-year winning streak may have come to an end in this year's 24 Hour of Le Mans, but the team still found beauty in the twice-around-the-clock endurance classic.

Using over 1,100 images shot by photographer Camden Thrasher, Audi created a stunning stop-motion film to document the race.

While we didn't see a dream finish for the German manufacturer, we know they will be back in 2016 - hungry as ever. And with that, let's hope they bring the extremely talented Thrasher along with them.
