MotoGP: Win for Rossi would break unprecedented 15-year milestone
Not happy with breaking the records of others, Valentino Rossi broke one of his own at the Assen GP.
Taking victory 14 years and 353 days after his first premier class win, Valentino Rossi has set a high bar for the likes of Dani Pedrosa and Jorge Lorenzo to match.
With his win at the Dutch TT, Valentino Rossi extended his record as the rider with the longest winning career in the premier-class, as shown in the following table. Another MotoGP win for Rossi would extend his winning career in the premier-class to more than 15 years.
