Straight off the bat, let’s acknowledge the fact that the drivers of the Ferrari 488 and the Porsche GT3 RS were probably warier about wrecking their expensive supercars than this driver in the Miata.
That being said, it is still very cool to see this Miata charge down and keep up with the aforementioned supercars around the Nurburgring Nordschleife. Perhaps it could have even passed them. Unfortunately, we will never know, as a couple of mechanical parts on the Miata decided to conk out toward the end of the video.
Yet this video by OneLapHeroes is still definitely worth a watch, and shows just how much the driver can make a difference, no matter what the car.
