Driver survives scary flip in Italian F2 Trophy race at Monza

Giorgio Venica was able to survive a scary crash during an Italian F2 Trophy race at Monza, Italy, earlier this weekend.
Venica was battling for position heading into the first turn when an apparent mechanical failure turned his car sideways entering the braking zone. It is also possible that he may have dialed in too much rear brake, and his car snapped sideways while trying to out-brake his competitor.
Either way, Venica was then send into a wild barrel-roll through the grass before his car came to a rest on its wheels.
