Jerod Main lives in Blue Springs, Mo., and bleeds so much Royal Blue that he's ready to ready to trade his coral blue Ford Mustang for the rare chance to see his team play in the World Series.

The Kansas City Royals fan has listed his 1965 Mustang fastback on Craigslist for $24,000 in the hopes of scoring enough cash to buy his family of six tickets to at least one game, either at home or in San Francisco, Main tells KSHB news.

The restored car has a 289 V8, 4-speed manual transmission, and appears to be in very good condition.

Standing room tickets for Game 3 on Friday night (8 p.m. ET on FOX) start at around $520 on StubHub, and run up to over $6,000.

"I can buy another car on down the road. But seeing the Royals in the World Series is once every 30 years, almost," Main said.
