Patrick Reed found himself in a difficult situation on Thursday at the Scottish Open. His ball was up on a hill and buried in deep grass, which didn't allow him to take much of a swing. Just hoping to advance the ball, he nudged it a bit after taking a six-inch backswing.
His ball went rolling down the hill into a more manageable lie, and he followed accordingly, sliding down the slope on his rear.

At least Reed now knows what he'll be facing next week at the Open Championship at Royal Troon.
