Water is seemingly everywhere at Doral, and in the first round of the WGC-Cadillac Championship Thursday Aussie Marc Leishman made the brave decision to try and shoot his submerged ball out of the massive lake guarding the 18th hole. It didn't pay off.
Maybe the biggest splash in PGA TOUR history.

After his drive on the 476-yard par-4 got wet, Leishman waded into the water and tried to hack the ball back up onto the fairway, but only managed to move it about a yard into the sand. Still barefoot, Leishman hit the ball 37 yards up the fairway, and would go on to card a double bogey for a 73 (spoiling his otherwise impressive round).
