Lee Westwood holes amazing 130-yard shot for an eagle

Dustin Johnson had separated himself from the U.S. Open field by a few couple shots early in the third round, but a Johnson double-bogey and an incredible Lee Westwood eagle in the span of a few minutes created a tie atop the leaderboard. While Johnson was struggling on the third hole (the same hole that derailed Rory McIlroy's round Saturday morning), Westwood made his second eagle of the week at No. 5.

Westwood spun back a wedge from 130 yards on the par-4 and slammed the pin, carding an eagle two to move to 3-under for the tournament. In 72 major starts, the 43-year-old Englishman has 11 top-5 finishes and been a runner-up three times (including at the 2016 Masters), but like Dustin Johnson, he's still seeking his first major championship. With shots like this, it could be Westwood's week.
