Korea wins Queen Sirikit Cup

Fifteen-year-old Kim Hyo-joo shot a 7-under 65 to guide defending champions South Korea to a seven-shot win Friday at the Queen Sirikit Cup Asia-Pacific women's teams golf championship.
Korea began the third and final round two shots behind hosts New Zealand but carded a combined 8-under 136 to retain the title with a three-round total of 420. Teams have three players with the best two scores counting in each round.
New Zealand shot 145 in the final round for a total of 427, led by 12-year-old Lydia Ko who had a 2-under 70 and was even par through three rounds.
Australia placed third, three shots behind New Zealand.
