AIGLE, Switzerland (AP) The International Cycling Union says it banned French rider Lloyd Mondory for four years for testing positive for EPO.
The UCI says the 33-year-old Mondory cannot race until March 2019.
The sanction is one of the first passed by the governing body's new anti-doping tribunal.
Mondory tested positive for EPO, a banned blood-boosting hormone, in an out-of-competition sample taken in February.
