AIGLE, Switzerland (AP) Slovenian mountain biker Blaza Klemencic has been banned for two years for doping and had her results from the 2012 London Olympics wiped out.
The International Cycling Union announced the ban Monday after its re-testing policy revealed that Klemencic tested positive for EPO in a sample given in March 2012.
The UCI adds that Klemencic's results from March 27, 2012, to Dec. 31, 2012, are disqualified.
Klemencic finished 23rd in the cross-country race at the London Games.
