Wisconsin Football: Badgers Return Home for Top Ten Match Up
Badgers Return To Camp Randall for Top Ten Match Up
In what felt like an eternity without Wisconsin Football, the Badgers are now officially gearing up for a Top Ten Match up at home against the Ohio State Buckeyes. It has been almost a month since the Badgers have played at home, and excitement couldn’t be higher for Saturday’s game. While its a huge game for Badger fans, its also a game that will take the National spotlight as well.
ESPN’s College Gameday will be returning to Madison for the first time since 2011 when the 8th ranked Badgers took on the 7th ranked Nebraska Cornhuskers. Gameday has covered the Badgers one other time this season, but not in Madison as they traveled to Green Bay for the season opener on September 3rd.

Saturday’s match up marks the fourth Top Ten Team the Badgers will face over the course of the season, but the first at the friendly confines of Camp Randall. Ohio State will travel to Camp Randall for the first time since 2012 when the Buckeyes squeaked out a 21-14 win over Wisconsin.
In today’s press conference, Paul Chryst addressed that the team gained a lot from the bye week, but they’re very excited to get back on the field and have an opportunity against Ohio State. Chryst stressed that the extra week will go a long way toward’s this weekend’s results, but that this week’s preparation will be just as important.
Coach Chryst anticipated an electric crowd for Saturday Nights game, asking the fans to bring energy to Camp Randall. I think its safe to say, the Badger crowd will have the stadium rocking on Saturday night. With a premier game not on the home schedule for the past few seasons, Badger fans are waiting in high anticipation for Saturday’s contest. In what feels like a similar match up to the 2010 upset over Ohio State, Wisconsin Fans will likely bring a lot of noise in anticipation of pulling off a similar upset like they did in 2010.
