Despite injuries, the Wisconsin Badgers look to keep rolling against No. 4 Michigan Wolverines.

After an impressive blowout victory on the road at Michigan State, the Wisconsin Badgers are road warriors once again when they travel to Ann Arbor to face the Michigan Wolverines. After two big wins over two top 10 teams at the time, Wisconsin looks to make it lucky number three against the No. 4 Wolverines.

Wisconsin does come into the game banged up, however. Earlier in the week we learned that kicker Rafael Gaglianone will miss the remainder of the season after back surgery. Outside linebacker Vince Biegel, the true leader of the this stout defense, will miss the next few weeks after surgery to repair a broken foot. A blow certainly to this Badgers defense that played so well last week against Michigan State. Defensive coordinator Justin Wilcox has some options available to him and it will be interesting to see what route he takes Saturday afternoon.

On the other side of the field, the Wolverines are loaded with talent. Arguably the best player in college football today, Jabrill Peppers is also the most versatile. Primarily an outside linebacker, Peppers has played numerous positions on both sides of the ball. Michigan’s defense has allowed just 13.8 points per game, 13th-best in the country. But their offense isn’t bad either. They’re scoring in bunches right now, averaging 52 points per game. They’ve committed just two turnovers thus far, one interception and one lost fumble. They don’t beat themselves so the Badgers will have to take advantage of every opportunity that is given to them and try to force turnovers to give themselves a solid chance for another top 10 road victory.

These two teams have not faced each other since the 2010 season when Wisconsin trounced the Wolverines 48-28 in the Big House.
