Video: Archie Manning sounds off on David Cutcliffe, Duke football

Archie Manning knows quality football when he sees it. The legendary quarterback was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1989 and has since watched two of his sons, Peyton and Eli Manning, go on to star in the NFL. Last season, he served on the inaugural College Football Playoff Selection Committee.

So, when Manning praises Duke head coach David Cutcliffe, it holds more weight than your average compliment. Cutcliffe was Peyton's offensive coordinator at Tennessee and Eli's head coach at Ole Miss. He maintains a good relationship with the Manning brothers, inviting them both down to Duke once a year for an offseason workout.
